new sheer mini dress with collar stand, pintuck detailing at front bodice and frills. bodice section has more blouson attached to a fitted shirred panel at waist and hips with fuller loose skirt applied onto outer of the shirred panel- finished with small frill edge and picot edhe finsihing. Full length blouson sleeves with shirred cuffs. Dry clean only. Shell 100% Viscose. Lining 100% Polyester.
